This little website is my way of documenting the radio hobby that I picked up again after a few decades.
You can use it to contact me, or to read a little bit about the things I am learning in regards to radio electronics.
My interests are mainly about cb radio’s made by a -now long obsolete- company called Cybernet.
This also means that the time frame of radio’s that I focus on is from the mid 1970’s until the early 2000’s. Radio’s made after that time.. are more computer than radio and, while that can be fun too, I do not repair those.
I still have a lot to learn, but by buying broken radio’s and repairing those, to try and bring them back in original spec, I do make some progress. I might also add a few tweaks, but preferable as little as possible.
Anyways, this website will be updated every now and then. Somehow I’d rather be working on radio’s then writing, so it might take a bit of time before I add something new. Note that I will also update existing articles if I learn something that is relevant for that article.
